Once you book your Heathrow Airport Parking you will receive in e-mail full instructions about arrival/departure proceedings with easy to understand directions to Heathrow airport.

Return Procedure:
Drive to Customer Service & park. Exchange voucher and entry ticket with cashier before exiting.

Airport transfers:
Run every 10 minutes between 04:45 and 23:45. Outside these hours operate on request.
Go to the Long Stay Courtesy Coach Pick Up Point at Terminal 4, for the Parking Express Bus.

Check-in Time
We recommend you allow 35 - 40 minutes to check-in and transfer to the airport.

Disabled Facilities:
Yes. Low floor buses with wheelchair spaces. There is also a BAA help bus available if requested in advance.
